Netflix Billing through Vodafone

Eligible customers can add Netflix to their Vodafone bill.

Use one of the options below to subscribe to Netflix through Vodafone. Billing eligibility is determined by Vodafone.

  • Website: Rejoin or sign up for a Netflix account on the Vodafone website and select Vodafone as your payment method.

  • Promotion: Qualify for and redeem an active Vodafone promotional offer to automatically add Netflix to your Vodafone bill.

Check the Membership section on your Netflix Account page. You can also check with your provider to see if Netflix is part of your bill.

Your Netflix billing date corresponds to the day you signed up for your Netflix account (or the date you have chosen to be billed). Your Netflix billing date may vary from your provider’s billing date.

Sign in to your account to view your Netflix payment history and current service period.

  1. Go to the Manage payment info page. You may need to sign in if you haven’t already.

  2. Enter a new payment method and select Save.

You can change your Netflix plan at any time during your membership.

If you don’t remember your Netflix login information, go to netflix.com/loginhelp.

If you see the message “Sorry, we can't find an account with this email address,” follow the steps below.

  • If you are signed in to Netflix on a mobile or web browser:

    1. Go to your Account.

    2. Select Security to see your Netflix account email.

    3. From here you can change your account email, if necessary.

  • If you still can't sign in:

    1. Sign in to your Vodafone Offers (make sure you are signed out of Netflix).

    2. Follow the prompts to verify your identity.

    3. Select Netflix > Manage your subscription > Forgotten your user name or password?

    4. You will be directed to a sign-in page with your email address pre-populated. You can sign in to your Netflix account from this page, and update your email address if necessary.

Netflix is unable to provide refunds to accounts billed through a third party. If you believe that you were charged in error, and you’ve confirmed that no one in your household created an account on your behalf, please contact your provider to request cancellation.

If your Netflix account was canceled without your consent, confirm that no one else with access to your account requested the cancellation. If not, please contact your provider to check your account status and ask the following questions:

  • Do they see the last Netflix charge attempt? Can they explain why it was declined?

  • Are there enough available funds to cover the charge from Netflix?

You can cancel Netflix at anytime during your membership.
